Every reel in this high-performance line boasts a massive six-element waterproof drag with Teflon®-impregnated felt and stainless washers to significantly reduce friction. The high-tensile aluminum spool will withstand the high pressure and torque associated with fighting powerful saltwater fish. Choose from models with a high 6.1:1 gear ratio for presentations that require a fast retrieve, or for those times when a speedy king mackerel or wahoo makes a run at the boat and you need to take up line fast. Or choose the models with the lower 4.9:1 gear ratio for tuna, sailfish, light tackle marlin or any fish that requires the extra cranking power.
